All qualifying member groups with 2 through 49 employees, will receive a 6% HMO/POS discount and a 10% PPO discount on all Saint Mary's Plans that have been written with an effective date of
January 1, 2007 or after. All member groups with over 50 employees will receive special consideration based upon individual case review.
